Madison County police blotter ChiccoDodiFC/Getty Images/iStockphoto EDWARDSVILLE — A duo from California was charged with two burglaries by Madison County officials on Wednesday. Amanda C. Graybill, 39, and Tiffany R. Canter, 38, both of Modesto, California, were both charged with two counts of burglary, a Class 2 felony, and unlawful use of a debit card, a Class 3 felony. The case was presented by the Highland Police Department. According to court documents, on March 16, Graybill and Canter allegedly entered the Highland Dollar General on Northtown High with the intent to commit a theft.
