A California-based Korean BBQ restaurant, known for its energetic, modern neon dining rooms and all-you-can-eat meats grilled at the table, is coming to the heart of the Metroplex. Gen Korean BBQ House will open as early as this fall in the Arlington Highlands shopping center, on the north side of Interstate 20 at Matlock Road. The 5,200-square-foot corner unit at 203 Merchants Row will fill part of the space formerly occupied by Staples, in the same building as PetSmart. Construction begins in June.
